Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks:
- Application Management:
- Manage the integration of external facing applications into the CIAM platform and ensure all important points are considered during the process.
- Provide continuous support during the lifecycle of applications by advising them with your technical expertise and knwoledge in terms of CIAM related topics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and other IT teams to understand and evaluate requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical guidance.
- Maintenance and support: Regularly system monitoring to take care about the operational aspects of the CIAM platform and be in close contact with other supporting IT teams.
- Incident & Problem Management: Act as a primary point of contact for application or user related incidents, leading troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and users, including configurations, processes, and support procedures.
Your Skills and Expertise:
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in IT
