Position Mission: As a Portfolio Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in contain and grow Engie´s customer portfolio in the Mexican Gas market, while fostering the Mexico´s energy transition. This position will be responsible to grant a healthy Gas Portfolio by offering a tailored product to end users.
Your Impact: As Portfolio Account Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
Developing and Sustaining Customer Relationships:
- Cultivate a long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide customers with tailor made solutions understanding the customer needs through an effective and close communication.
- Actively engage with identified Global and Regional/Local Accounts.
- Attending industry events or trade shows to connect with prospects and current customer.
Account Management
- Build a reliable strategy to keep highly customer’s acceptance and lower churn rates. that will fit with commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth of the gas portfolio.
- Propose best-in-class (green) energy offers using physical / financial products.
- Negotiate deals at optimal risk/reward terms.
- Meet annual individual margin objectives.
Commercial Operations
- Strengthen the continues excellence service by working closely with client service teams, to improve the net promoter score (NPS) of the business.
- Contribute actively to team work.
- Use internal software application for a more efficient traceable sales pipeline and current portfolio management as well as other digital tools.
Compliance
- Strictly comply with HSSE Group guidelines to prioritize safety and sustainability.
- Strictly comply with ENGIE Mexico policies and guidelines, esp. KYC/AML/Credit risk
Requirements: To join our team as Portfolio Account Coordinator, we are looking for:
- Education: A pertinent university degree (an MBA is advantageous). Energy and/or sales trainings are ideal.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in equivalent position
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the Mexican and Global Gas markets.
- Good knowledge of Gas products and services, including risk management / trading products.
- Excellent understanding of utility industry and energy procurement within client organizations.
- Understanding of gas transport pipelines, natural gas, GNV /GNC, LDC´s, Power Plants.
- Key Competencies:
