What you’ll do
We’re looking for a creative and resourceful TikTok Organic Growth Intern to help us grow our presence organically on the platform. This role involves staying on top of trends, researching what’s working for other brands and creators, creating and uploading a high volume of content, managing test accounts, and experimenting with new formats, all with the goal of increasing visibility and engagement. If you’re obsessed with TikTok, love testing ideas, and are excited to help us crack organic growth, we’d love to hear from you.
What you bring:
- A deep love for TikTok and an instinct for what makes content go viral
- Curiosity to research and monitor trends, creators, and competitors on the platform
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and test a high volume of content ideas
- Basic editing skills (in-app or external tools) to produce engaging, native-style videos
- Willingness to experiment with test accounts and formats to learn what drives organic growth
- A hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to post, iterate, and try again
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple uploads and content variations Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish
