WE ARE HIRING:
TikTok Shops Influencer Marketing Executive (Beauty)
Requirements
- Intermediate level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shops, and influencer campaign management tools.
*Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and analytics tools (such as TikTok *Creator Center or HypeAuditor) is desirable.
Activities
- Responsible for executing influencer campaigns on TikTok Shop, from scouting and negotiation to operational follow-up and documentation of results.
- Actively scout creators based on buckets defined by the senior team.
- Contact, negotiate with, and manage creators (20–30 active profiles per campaign phase).
- Request materials, validate content, and monitor deliverables.
- Support the creation of briefs and follow up on campaign timelines.
- Track sales performance per creator and coordinate any needed adjustments in ads or postings.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for clients and TikTok.

- Strong operational capacity.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity when working with creators.
- Valued communication skills: direct, organized, and effective.
