Responsibilities:
- Create Campaign Framework: Define campaign targets and timelines, propose campaign themes/key selling points (KSPs), set overall targets and budgets, derive actionable targets, and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate persons in charge (PICs).
- Market and Competition Analysis: Continuously track market trends, monitor competitor activities, gather input from sellers and buyers, and apply best practices from other countries/regions to build information libraries and identify new growth opportunities.
- Insights Creation: Combine internal data, market research, and external input to generate meaningful insights that drive new growth opportunities or improve efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the center of expertise to collaborate with the Marketing Team (Branding/Media), IP Campaigns, and other cross-functional teams (including R&D tech) to co-develop cohesive and effective campaigns.
