2. Responsible for the P&L of category;
3. Provide industry knowledge and leveraging own network to ensure success of category;
4. Hire and develop a strong team;
5. Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth;
6. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
7. Collaborate crossfunctionally to unlock sellers' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos;
8. Navigate through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category;
9. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
