Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the management and daily operations of creators and agencies in the Mexico maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring efficient execution of business activities.
-Identify, establish connections with, and manage e-commerce creators and agencies, developing operational strategies and policies to effectively incentivize key metrics such as new creator acquisition, engagement, and sales conversion, while overseeing the overall scale of creators, GMV, and ecosystem structure.
-Possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including current trends and practices, with insights into their commercialization models.
-Stay updated on the latest developments in the live-streaming industry, conduct timely and accurate market research, and propose actionable strategies.
