Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to achieve business outcomes.
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and performance to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and report outcomes.
Facilitate regular team and stakeholder meetings to drive collaboration and engagement.
Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to secure project success.
Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements where needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
Advanced proficiency in Program/Project Management.
Strong knowledge of Risk Management and Scope Management.
Proven ability to work independently and establish yourself as a subject matter expert.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
