We're Hiring: Senior Technical Project Manager (Scrum experienced)

- What You'll Do
- Lead and guide Scrum/project teams through agile development processes
- Manage and deliver software development projects and cloud-based initiatives
- Be a key driver of Scrum culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Use JIRA for project tracking and reporting
- Serve as the liaison between technical and non-technical teams
- Gather and translate requirements into actionable specs
- Identify risks and communicate challenges to leadership
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery
- Support retrospectives and drive process enhancements
- Start and support new project teams when needed
- What You Bring
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Technical PM and/or Scrum Master
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve challenges collaboratively
- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles and cloud environments
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation
- Expertise using JIRA and generating reports
- Excellent soft skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
- Strong decision-making skills and good judgment within defined procedures
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

- Located in Mexico (preferred) CST time zone
- Experience in cloud project delivery, DevOps collaboration, or R&D environments
- Contractor fulltime, usd payment
