This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
As an operations leader, you will drive service delivery for multiple lines of business, ensuring data and product solutions meet and exceed client expectations on time and with top quality. We will support you in coordinating team operations, managing task assignments and encouraging development to ensure quality and performance. Our leaders cultivate a culture of continuous growth through training, mentoring and recognition of their teams. Their leadership ensures team engagement, talent retention and a robust pipeline for future growth.
- Collaborate closely with onshore team members and product partners to deliver excellence while promoting creativity and efficiency with new technologies and effective strategies
- Handle operations such as work allocation, skill building, quality assurance, indicators and metrics management, team engagement, team retention, backfills and growth hirings, productivity and utilization, career growth and progressions, rewards and recognition, etc.
- Translate the business goals to individual goals and set expectations/targets while building and managing capability – ensuring key talent back-up is available
- Ensure colleagues are motivated and engaged to perform while defining career paths and development goals
- Focus on enhancing technical and personnel effectiveness through training, education and coaching

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We’re seeking an accomplished professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of leading people. Expertise in project management, communication and organizational change will set you apart. A few additional skills:
- Ability to manage large, diverse teams across multiple domains and geographies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to drive organizational change
- Skill in applying technology to optimize efficiency, explore new tools, and elevate the richness and excellence of our business
- Solid understanding of quality framework and quality assurance methodologies
- Ability to deliver in fast paced and ambiguous set ups and lead through multiple reporting channels and relationships globally
- English proficiency (C1) in both verbal and written communication.
