Job Description
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for leading CRM activities across Mexico and LACRO markets. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, from strategic development to campaign delivery management.
Responsibilities
- Development and localization of customer lifecycle strategy
- Develop email assets in SFMC content builder
- Design personalized customer experiences across the full lifecycle
- Measurement framework creation aligning KPIs and metrics back to objectives and goal.
- Review global strategic programs and localize to meet local market requirements, ensuring data, content plans, touchpoints are relevant to local audiences and customer needs
- Lead end to end operation on execution and activities process, e.g. briefing the copywriter on eDM content creation, SFMC Developer, quality check, data segmentation and journey builds
- Ensuring UTM parameters are implemented to be able to effectively track campaign performance
- Leading the QA process across all stakeholders
- Plan, co-ordinate and execute campaigns in SFMC, working with SFMC Developer based campaign execution
- Regularly report on campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Work with the CRM Data Analyst to report on the end-to-end journey performance linking back to business value
Skills
- Experience with Customer Journey Strategy
- Marketing Cloud Experience: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Data Extensions, Intelligent Reports
- Basic SQL Knowledge
- Analytical Thinking: Able to easily understand and present performance results.
