The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss Climate Solutions is hiring a regional Marketing Communication Specialist to support our North American and Latin American Region. This position reports to the Head of Americas, Marketing Communications for Climate Solutions. The Marketing Communications Specialist will be working closely with the regional sales, segment marketing, and corporate communications teams, as well as engaging with global marketing communications colleagues and external agencies and partners.
Ideally, this would be an onsite position at our Apodaca, MX or Baltimore, Maryland USA facility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Job responsibilities:
- Create and execute communication plans to meet business goals by awareness, loyalty, or retention metric
- Develop customer-centric content based on deep understanding of target groups and in cooperation with internal team and external partners
- Drive digital activation through various digital marketing channels including marketing automation, website, and social medi
- Oversee Aftermarket Channel activities, including digital, POS, face-to-face and training
- Execute marketing activities related to product launches and campaigns in coordination with global and regional stakeholder
- Drive and support execution of selected face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events including large tradeshow
- Set up KPIs, measure and report the result
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years in a B2B marketing role, preferably in industrial component
- Grasp of digital marketing channels, event management, training and traditional MarComs metric
- Strong quality mindset, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate in a matrix organization with tight deadlines
- High level of drive and commitment, ability to challenge traditions
- Ability to do tasks in Adobe CS package is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Video production experience encouraged
- High degree of flexibility and sense of urgenc
United States Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $82,000 to $92,000.
