Your responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Salesforce support items, providing second-level and advanced support for issues involving automation, integration with SAP and other systems, validation, configuration, and custom coding (APEX, Lightning Web Components).
- Act as a technical mentor for other members of the team, supporting onboarding and continuous skills development for junior colleagues.
- Collaborate with international business and IT partners, architects, and global team members to define and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.
- Help design and maintain robust data models and oversee process documentation within the Salesforce landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and industry best practices, advocating for improvements to our global technology stack.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Your profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Media, or comparable field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect) highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce, with proven skills in automation, validation, configuration, integration, and hands-on coding (APEX, Lightning Components).
- Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and communication abilities; experience in a multinational team is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is beneficial.
