- Leading the development and execution of decarbonization strategies, supporting Net Zero targets.
- Integrating emission and pollution reduction goals into plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and managing energy and sustainability projects with clear milestones, timelines, and financial assessments.
- Ensuring legal compliance and reporting on emissions, energy use, and pollution reduction through robust data management systems.
- Driving ISO 50001 implementation and maintaining audit-ready data integrity.
- Monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to accelerate progress toward environmental targets.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and trends to optimize energy efficiency, reduce costs, and replace fossil fuels.
- Master’s degree – Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or sustainability
- 5 years of experience in projects/energy management. Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, preferably in the aluminum / foundry industry, and good knowledge of energy markets and emission management.

- Language: Advanced English proficiency required. Superior communications and presentation skills are strongly preferred.
