• Lead kickoff meetings with Sales teams and other stakeholders to define the scope of new projects won, milestones and estimated budget for execution.
• Read, understand, and clarify technical specifications of customers to meet the requested requirements.
• Develop the project program, define the critical path, and carry out risk analysis.
• Coordinate with the design department the development of engineering drawings and provide all the technical information that is required.
• Deliver the General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), data sheets and other documents to the customer for review, maintaining effective communication and follow-up with the interested parties until getting the customer's approval.
• Send the GAD’s to the design area and ensure the creation and completion of the bill of material (BOM), as well as detailed drawings to be released to manufacturing.
• Follow-up the entire manufacturing, testing and shipment phase of the product to the customer. To do this, he must work as a team with the operations, engineering, master data, purchasing, traffic and sales departments.
• Keep on track the project (planned versus current) and take the required actions to reduce the impact on the order.
• Control the administration of changes of the requests by the customer, evaluate the feasibility and finally approve or reject in a formal way with all the details of impacts on cost, time and quality.

• Academic degree: Mechanical, industrial, or related Engineering.
• Project Management
• Knowledge of Mechanical Seals, Supply Systems and rotating equipment
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, PID’s
• Thermodynamics, hydraulics, mechanics, design
• Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, etc.)
• Knowledge of international standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP.
