Order Entry Specialist EESS

What you’ll do:

Job Summary
Analyze and coordinate priorities of sales orders and keep track of performance to insure 100% on – time delivery of product to the customer. Maintain an effective communication system with customers for the solution of problems and claims.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and assess orders for clean-up and creation in VISTA, as applicable.
• Assure proper order entry and send orders’ acknowledgment to Clients.
• Daily keep track of order performance, indicating shipping detractors and updates clients as needed.
• Maintain customer service performance measurement (on time delivery / forecast performance, claims, invoicing, etc.).
• Receive sales representative service calls and/or emails to align priorities and to provide status.
• Manages and solves client claims.
• Resolve with accounting shipments discrepancies and credit customer, as applicable.
• Interface with district operating centers, materials planning, sales representatives, order center, material sending sites, and credit representatives.
• Be proactive in identifying customer requirement problems.
• Maintain professional, effective communication channels with internal/external customers (electronically, memo, verbal).
• Perform other duties as required
