As an Order Entry Specialist, you will manage customer support, handle orders, RMAs, and maintain accurate data using Salesforce, Oracle, and Netsuite. Your role ensures seamless communication between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage new orders and RMAs, ensuring all order information is accurate.
- Review and update customer information in Salesforce.
- Create and manage serial numbers in Oracle.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete and correct order processing.
- Track sales progress and maintain communication with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite and Oracle.
Location: Parque Industrial Los Pinos, Tijuana
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
