Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. This role is contributing to the electrification division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Pull in process
Performance the execution of orders required to ship ahead and send the emails to the customers through sales force and follow up in a daily basis.
Keeping track of orders by accomplishing and following with planning team.
System Navigation:
Track order status.Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, sales teams, logistics, and other internal stakeholders.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve order-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or system errors.Reporting & Analysis:
Support the generation of reports using Power BI and Excel to provide insights into order status and performance.
Qualifications for the role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Currently studying in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience or strong interest in Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
