In this role you will:
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for Spanish-speaking LATAM markets in alignment with Tinder’s global brand vision and business goals, mainly Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.
- Lead integrated campaigns (brand, influencer, social, content, PR, digital, and experiential) from ideation to execution and measurement.
- Drive local market insights and cultural relevance by identifying key trends, behaviors, and user needs.
- Collaborate with global marketing, product, comms, legal, media, and agency partners to ensure local adaptation of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, brand health, and marketing KPIs to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee local agency relationships and vendors.
- Lead social media channels for @tinderlatam and propose new ideas to connect with youngsters across the whole Latin American landscape.
We're looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer tech, entertainment, or youth brands.
- Deep understanding of Spanish-speaking LATAM markets, youth culture, and digital behaviors.
- Proven track record of building and launching impactful, multi-channel campaigns across the region.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and markets simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Passion for Tinder’s mission and connection with our audience and product.
- Proactively monitor cultural trends, youth subcultures, and social conversations to keep the brand relevant and resonant.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization.
- Background in performance marketing, CRM, or product marketing is a nice to have.
- Experience with influencer marketing and content creation in LATAM.
- Prior work with dating, social media, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
