What you'll do:
- Become a strategic member of the Americas Leadership team.
- Help build the future of Emma’s finance for Americas by driving strategic finance initiatives
- Oversee a variety of cross-functional initiatives and projects, working closely with team members across departments to ensure their successful execution
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and develop recommendations for optimization on diverse topics
- Review, improve and even disrupt internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased efficiency, productivity and excellence on a global scale
- Shape teams by challenging and advancing organizational structures and team composition as well as supporting the growth of future leaders.
Who we are looking for:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services such as consulting, audit, banking, or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of finance topics + ability to quickly grasp new concepts and continuously learn.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-reliant, and hands-on work mentality, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field.
- A strategic and creative thinker, capable of managing stakeholders and prioritizing competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt swiftly and prioritize key objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solution-oriented with a curious intellectual mindset, always seeking innovative approaches and eager to learn.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering fast results, scoping projects effectively, and continuously striving for improvement.
