IT Consultant Specialist
Role Purpose:
The Tech Subject Matter Expert (SME) job is responsible for providing subject expertise and guidance alongside the engineering function. The Tech SME has expert knowledge in one or more specific business domains products or applications.
Main Activities:
- Responsible for management of front to back functional flows.
- Expert knowledge of data extraction and analytical tools required for subject matter.
- Responsible for encouraging the culture of domain understanding within the team.
- Responsible for mentoring and providing necessary subject matter expertise to the team when required.
- Responsible for assuring resilience and governing adherence to controls.
- Proactively taking lead for any application/functional fixes or wherever functional involvement would help them
- Responsible for knowledge transfer on subject matter expertise by writing nimble blogs and sharing best practices.
Qualifications Required:
Mandatory:
- Knowledge: IT engineering career
- Experience: 3 years on the role or similar roles of leadership.
- Capabilities: High values and engagement, work under stress.
Lenguage Level:
- English level – Bilingual C2 or at least C1
