Job Description:
Un ejecutivo de desarrollo de negocios (Hunter) es responsable de asesorar a los clientes
de Pluxee México, sobre la oferta de valor del portafolio de servicios, con base en los
lineamientos de ley, a la estrategia comercial y políticas internas vigentes.
Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades de comunicación y negociación, junto
con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades simultáneamente.

El propósito de un ejecutivo de desarrollo de negocios (Hunter) es vender los productos o
servicios ofrecidos por Pluxee a otras empresas que actualmente no forman parte de la
cartera de clientes existente.
Este rol implica identificar y calificar prospectos, cerrar ventas y construir relaciones de
negocio a largo plazo con los clientes.

Your next challenge
  • Prospect new companies through various channels (fieldwork, databases, internet, expos, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to attract new clients under profitable commercial conditions for the organization.
  • Be capable of identifying and recording the appropriate level of information to correctly open future opportunities. This includes budget, authority, business needs, recommended solutions, and expected delivery time of the benefit (BANT).
  • Schedule and conduct visits, video conferences, or calls with prospects to present Pluxee’s service portfolio, uncover their needs, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Make follow-up calls to move forward and close sales.
  • Enter all relevant information related to prospects, accounts, contacts, opportunities, budgets, and activities into the CRM system.
  • Compile all contract documentation and upload it into the CRM to register new clients in the operational systems.
  • Coordinate the account implementation process with the implementation team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client during the first months after signing.
  • Transition and hand over new clients to the post-sales team.
  • Achieve commercial target goals.
  • Prospect generation through fieldwork.
  • Prospect meetings.
  • Opportunity generation.
