Description and Requirements
The Digital Transformation Analyst will lead the digital transformation of our planning function in North America and Latin America. Design, implement, and optimize digital solutions (Material Planning & Production) to revolutionize production planning, scheduling, and material flow. Bridge operational expertise with technology to drive efficiency and agility.
Key Responsibilities (R&R):
Digital Solution design:
Evaluate, implement & configure digital planning tools (e.g., Planning, ERP modules like BlueYonder, Kinaxis).
Translate complex production planning & MRP requirements into technical specifications.
Integrate planning systems with ERP for seamless data flow.
Production Planning & MRP Expertise:
Act as SME for Master Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning, capacity planning & inventory optimization.
Analyze & optimize planning processes using digital tools.
Develop/maintain digital models for simulation & "what-if" analysis.
Ensure accuracy of MRP parameters (lead times, safety stock) in systems.
System Support & Enablement:
Manage system health, performance & user support (Tier 2/3).
Develop/deliver training for planners, schedulers & operations.
Generate KPI dashboards & insights for continuous improvement.
Identify automation/analytics opportunities (AI/ML).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years’ experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing digital transformation.
Hands-on expertise with advanced planning & ERP systems (e.g., BlueYonder, Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Proficiency in data/analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau); experience with automation and system integration a plus.
Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions; knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional, and multicultural environment (NA & LATAM experience a plus).
