Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory).
Lead PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Capability activities.
Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role (automotive industry preferred).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards.
Experience with tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
