About the role
This person will be responsible for the analgesics category. Their role will include executing brand plans, managing the P&L, building the brand communication strategy, planning in-store activations, driving analysis to identify opportunities, among other responsibilities. It is important that they have knowledge of pharmaceutical products, as interaction with doctors is a key component. They will play a fundamental role in the development of two scholars as part of their growth as a team leader.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Responsible for the P&L
- Budget management
- Overall brand tracking, analysis, and plan proposals
- Development of consumer and point-of-sale communications
- Monitoring execution activities in the medical channel and proposing initiatives based on opportunities
- Management of medical samples and forecasting
- Supports planning and development of the 4P plan with commercial marketing
- Develops team members
