About the role
As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a central role in the success of our affiliate program, which drives customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll manage day-to-day operations and administration, while also taking on increasing ownership of campaign optimisation, partner engagement, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with experienced affiliate marketers, learning best practice while also contributing fresh ideas and executing meaningful projects. This is a fantastic role for someone who has experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Affiliate Program Operations
- Manage the day-to-day running of the affiliate program including onboarding, briefing, and supporting affiliate partners.
- Coordinate partner payments and contracts, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Manage Affiliate related support and maintain program documentation and knowledge bases.
- Track and report on affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue), providing insights to the team.
- Use data to identify underperforming affiliates or campaigns, suggesting improvements.
- Support forecasting and budget tracking for the affiliate channel.
- Execute affiliate campaigns end-to-end (briefing, creative delivery, reporting) with guidance from senior team members.
- Test creative assets, offers, and landing pages to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure affiliate activity aligns with company campaigns.
- Help identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand Envato’s reach and diversify traffic sources.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with affiliate partners, becoming a point of contact for some day-to-day queries.
- Stay across industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the program competitive.
- Collaborate with team members on projects, campaigns, and reporting, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to ensure affiliates receive assets and messaging on time.
- Suggest improvements to processes, templates, and dashboards to help the team work more efficiently.
- Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback.

About you
- Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management, ideally within an ecommerce or tech environment.
- Understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
- Proficiency in the google suite and familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
