Role Objective
The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in optimizing the CEO’s time, calendar, and priorities. You will manage logistics, coordinate meetings, track tasks, and help maintain smooth operations behind the scenes. This is a high-trust, high-visibility position ideal for someone who’s dependable, collaborative, and systems-savvy.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, meeting prep, and task follow-ups for the CEO
Coordinate travel, speaking engagements, and internal logistics
Maintain communication systems and follow-through processes
Organize files, SOPs, and recurring task documentation
Support internal communication with grace and confidentiality
Requirements
3+ years of professional administrative or executive support experience
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and task/project systems
High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skill
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
