Role Objective
This role supports the CEO with all things visual—designing assets for digital campaigns, speaking engagements, internal communications, and social media. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Create graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, presentations, and internal projects
Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team on branding, promotions, and events
Translate creative ideas into visual content across multiple platforms
Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Manage deadlines, revisions, and content calendars with excellence
Requirements
3+ years of graphic design experience
Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and/or other design tools
Experience creating social media assets, marketing graphics, and professional templates
Excellent communication skills and creative judgment
Ability to work on-site in Glendale, AZ
