Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle of requisitions up to and including the Manager level including conducting recruitment strategy meetings, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting recruiter screens, scheduling interviews and debriefs, prepare offers using job catalogue and P&O partner input and ensure completion of successful background checks.
Serve as Sandoz Start Liaison by managing data entries for incoming New Associates’ POS and Hiring Forms in strong partnership with the P&O Services Team, updating the Sandoz Start List, send Welcome email to New Associates and Hiring Managers, update Functional Trainers List, run ESP reports for internal clients, manage Equifax I-9 completions and reverifications.
Ensure talent outreach postings are completed with external outreach partners and job boards; schedule meetings in partnership with the Head of D&I with existing and new external outreach partners.
Participate in Global TA Community calls and trainings such as Workday training
Foster strong relationships with People & Organization Business Partners, People Partners, Hiring Managers, and the Global Talent Acquisition Community including Talent Acquisition Engagement (as needed)

Maintaining strong Glass Door ratings
Following Global TA/Local P&O guidance on % of roles to fill internally
Maintain low % of external hire new joiner turnover

Education & Experience (Required):
3+ years of talent acquisition and coordination experience
3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
3+ years of experience in highly matrixed global organizations
This role requires to work the hours that match the organization supported.
Preferred:
3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
