Act as a service-oriented partner to global and regional stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, and regional TA leads) to align on program objectives.
Monitor program performance metrics (e.g., referral conversion rates, internal mobility success, training completion rates) and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Stay informed on industry best practices in TA enablement, training design, and process automation to continuously elevate program quality.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR program management, or a similar role, with a focus on designing and optimizing TA or HR processes.

Experience with change management, driving adoption of new processes and tools across diverse teams.
Knowledge of global HR compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, LGPD) to ensure program designs meet legal standards.
