You will report directly to our Procurement Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's ability to successfully launch new products by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and execute purchasing strategies for new product introductions, ensuring alignment with business growth and product launch timelines.
- Manage supplier selection processes, including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management to secure the best value and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Quality, and Operations, to support product development and launch activities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, such as Excel, to analyze supplier performance and market trends.
- Experience with sourcing methodologies and supplier risk assessment practices.
- Experience whit SAP
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and driving cost-saving initiatives.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and new product development processes.
- Professional certifications in Supply Chain or Procurement are a plus.
- Experience in NPI Projects.
