Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Detail new material requirements in master file, and assign them for RFQ process
- Prepare reports and presentations, and supervise procurement KPIs
- Support in the pre-work and results analysis of RFQs for Direct materials
- Support internal audits and compliance with procurement policies
Qualifications:
- Active student in the last semesters of Industrial Engineering, International Business, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid internship agreement with a university.
- Sophisticated English (written and spoken) is mandatory – able to connect with international suppliers via email and video call.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
