About the Team

Our Facilities Services team is responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure and utilities of the plant. We focus on ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance through strategic project management and technical oversight. The team collaborates closely with internal departments and external contractors to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to as Electrical Engineer:

• Lead and coordinate improvement projects for building and facility services.
• Update and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Manage and control primary service equipment (e.g., air compressors, substations, HVAC, cooling water systems).
• Monitor and report on electrical energy consumption.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of department technicians.
• Plan and oversee work performed by external vendors and contractors.
• Install Janitza meters and manage energy monitoring software (electricity, gas, water, compressed air).

Your Profile as Electrical Engineer:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management within general services or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with energy monitoring tools and software.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with external service providers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and safety.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with audit processes and technical documentation.
