Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Specialist to provide on-site technical support at our client’s facility in Saltillo. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical guide for installation personnel, ensuring proper interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating updates with international and local teams.
Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site electrical guidance to installation teams
- Interpret and validate electrical diagrams provided by the client in China
- Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation
- Create and maintain open-point lists and track resolution progress
- Communicate effectively in English with the client in China and the site manager regarding required diagram updates
- Ensure alignment between field conditions and documentation
- Support the implementation of corrective actions and technical adjustments
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical systems and industrial installations
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
- Basic computer proficiency (no EPLAN required)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international coordination
- Availability to work on-site in Saltillo on a temporary basis
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
