Activities:
- Perform quotations follow-up and monthly quote activity reporting.
- Match products to customer specifications by demonstrating knowledge of products.
- Review costumer specifications to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to determine and / or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output.
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced and times sensitive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation/ paperwork and files to facilitate smooth transition to manufacturing site.
- All employees are responsible for the Quality of thei work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
- Labor estimation based on Drawings, BOM's or Work Instruction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience approved by management.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business, technical, or quoting-related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in QuoteWin and Excel for quoting programs; experienced in cost and margin analysis; accurate quotation preparation.
- Organization & Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail; skilled in organizing information and maintaining up-to-date quoting models.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Able to work with diverse teams; demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as WebEx.
- Continuous Improvement: Familiar with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
