Job Description:
1. Responsibilities
- Monitoring and coordinate the activities of Materials Planning and procurement thru MRP system and monitoring the proper stocks levels.
- Maintain the Master data parameters with supply basis to ensure the material on time.
- Represent to Lennox Commercial into negotiations and new contracts according with the policies and suppliers’ guidelines.
- Aling with inventory strategies as Lot-size, demand fluctuation, ordering cost.
- Develop Strategies to improve and reduce the material cost.
- Create strategies to reduce the PPVs impact.
- Make sure the budgeting of department.
- Identify the risk on the markets and faster changes with the supply basis.
- Select on the market search, evaluate and improvement of strategic suppliers focused on raw materials and indirect materials.
- Provides for the development and maintenance of inventory control systems to track status of purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements.
- Key player on the NPI and Engineering changes (Coordinated and Running changes)
- Supplier care follow up (Quality, Quantity and Time factors).
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience making sourcing and suppliers development.
- Knows a wide range concepts and approaches including purchasing for lean manufacturing, Kanban, and supplier development.
- Requires expert negotiation abilities and above strong analytical skills.
- Shows excellent verbal and written communication skills including with executives or in international contexts.
- Requires knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control.
- Competent in computerized procurement systems.
- Inventory Strategies to make sure the turns, levels and obsolescence’s.
- Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- Effective in providing work leadership.
- INMEX background and follow up.
- Advance English.
