- Evaluate the performance of the processes and propose improvements to the Management System, based on analysis of data trends.
- Develop and program the Internal Audit Plan, providing information to Management and taking actions to improve the Management System.
- Follow-up to audits (internal or external), Management Review, through corrective and / or preventive actions, verifying and reporting compliance and the corresponding status until the total closure of the same.
- Collect information on the assigned indicators and their dissemination in the organization.
- Responsible for maintaining the Records and Documents Control System.
- Manage the material resource and budget of the QMS.
- Promote and incorporate into their work the tools and principles of standardization, 5S's, Visual Management, Teamwork for continuous improvement.
- Be manager and observer for the Internal Work Regulations, Safety Routines, Environment and Quality.
- Coordinate External Audits, client or divisional, applicable to the area of System Management.
- Participate as manager of the monitoring of quality management system.
- Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of Quality and Productivity Management or related.
- Experience 2 years in Internal Audits.
- Knowledge in Quality Management System (IATF-16949).
- Certified Internal Auditor.
- Lead auditor (desirable).
- Experience in Quality Statistical Tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Risk Identification and Control
