As a Quality Assurance Manager at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for developing and executing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices. Your leadership will empower teams to enhance processes, identify areas for improvement, and foster a culture of continuous quality enhancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
In cooperation with Technical Direction:
Quality
o Present ALTEN Delivery Framework and Maturity Levels to new CL/PL/PD
o Support in determining customer requirements regarding quality and project management
o Support of projects for Quality Assurance plans and communication with respective project teams and customers.
o Carry out quality reviews for selected projects, as defined in the QA strategy
o Carry out internal audits and follow-up corrective actions
o Support external audits (Customer/Certification)
o Support projects for non-conformities or customer complaints through root cause analysis and follow up of corrective actions
o Comprehensive reporting of project quality status for Monthly project review (update of Quality
Dashboards, ACQP Sharepoint)
o Raise alerts, at the appropriate level, in case of deviations from the ADF and other ALTEN processes
Continuous Improvement
o Identify the best practices
o Support for projects in the definition of progress plans, lessons learnt and customer satisfaction analysis
o Capture feedback from the field by feeding into the tool (JIRA) for managing improvements to the ADF
o Contribute to the improvement of ADF by leading initiatives or participating in internal projects with ALTEN Group
Coaching and deployment
o Promotion of ALTEN’s methods and tools
o Support of projects in choosing the right way to deploy these elements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on management.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and audit processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to implement and sustain quality improvement initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in the Automotive or Engineering sectors is a strong plus.
