As Product Stewardship Team Lead, you will be part of the the team, leading and coaching employees. You will delegate responsibility to others and set priorities. Implements policies and procedures to assure awareness and compliance with EH&S and PS requirements of the organization in relation to supported processes.
Responsibilities:
Managing, organizing, and supervising work of newly hired operational team.
Carrying out presentations, working with spreadsheets and running or participating in strategic and operational meetings.
Striving for operational excellence, proposing solutions to improve daily activities at the workplace.
Development, measurement, and reporting of project steps/operations.
Participate in development and implementation of cost saving programs.
Provides training and support in operational processes to your work team.
Serves as regulatory compliance support for stakeholders.
Contributes to the good maintenance of the Product Stewardship Management System.
Requires:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related science
5 years of experience in EHS field Stewardship
Experience leading and managing teams.
Fluent conversational English skills, both spoken and written.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (partially on-site at our office).
