Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, standardizing, and documenting best practices across all company departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency by developing and maintaining clear, structured documentation and supporting training and auditing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Capture, evaluate, and standardize best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop training manuals, visual work instructions, and user guides to support onboarding and ongoing staff development.
- Conduct and facilitate training sessions to ensure consistent understanding and application of procedures.
- Perform internal audits to verify compliance with documented processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee document control processes and maintain version control to ensure accessibility and security of information.
- Support information security policies and procedures related to documentation and data access.
- Coordinate and streamline workflows in support of ERP system implementation, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, operations, and IT departments to ensure documentation supports business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, documentation, and standardization, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, lean principles, and auditing techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems and process mapping tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must hold a valid Visa for travel to the United States.
