Position: Claim Coordinator - Work from Home
Location: 100% Remote (computer equipment provided)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
Salary: Starting at $5,500 MXN or negotiable based on experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a Claim Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. You will be responsible for contacting insurance carriers and employers to obtain and follow up on claim numbers related to medical services. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in healthcare or insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain claim and reference numbers from insurance carriers.
- Report work-related incidents to employers.
- Follow up on pending claim numbers to prevent billing delays.
- Keep patient files up to date.
- Communicate via phone, email, and insurance portals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance, medical billing, or healthcare administration.
- Experience using insurance portals.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
