The Global ECS Marketing team is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven marketing data analyst to support Arrow's evolving business. This critical role will be instrumental in analyzing partner and end-user data, extracting actionable insights, and identifying opportunities to inform Arrow’s business strategy and go-to-market approach.
The analyst would work across regions and with multiple data sources—including transactional data, market research, website analytics, and intent data—to build a comprehensive understanding of the channel ecosystem and identify additional opportunities for potential growth and expansion.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support high-visibility, cross-functional projects across Arrow aligned with the company goals to provide strategic insights that influence executive-level decision making.
- Translate complex datasets using internal and external data to tell compelling stories that drive marketing and business strategy. This includes monitoring competitor announcements, financial reports, and analyst research to build a comprehensive understanding of market strategies, offerings, and performance.
- Thoroughly understand the business and leverage market research to identify trends, gaps and opportunities and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Analyze website usage data and generate comprehensive reports to integrate insights with transactional business data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Regularly prepare and present global technology market trends and competitive opportunities with research from market analyst firms to global leadership, key stakeholders, and customers.
- Understand and manage the relationship between Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data synchronization and field mapping.
- Work with the team to optimize business reporting in PowerBI, define key performance metrics, and prepare relevant dashboards and PowerPoint to share results with the marketing team and senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing data analytics, business intelligence analytics, market research, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with marketing data, business data, data visualization and data governance, with a preference for PowerBI. Strong experience in data storytelling – able to synthesize and visualize data in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (PowerBI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and relational databases.
- Strong abilities in data management and project management.
- B2B and B2C marketing background with detailed knowledge of business data and marketing processes.
- Proven ability to interpret market research and apply findings to real-world marketing and business strategies.
- General knowledge of email and database compliance, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about data and marketing, and up-to-date with industry trends and tools. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude who has experience building out new offerings. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)
- Experience working in the technology industry is preferred. Experience working for a technology vendor or distributor a plus.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$38,000.00 - $49,500.00 MXN MonthlyActual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
