We are currently searching for a Data Analyst / BI :
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer segmentation and marketing campaign performance
- Design and execute A/B testing strategies
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to support marketing and business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within marketing or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and interpreting test results
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear insights
Desired
- Experience in analyzing CRM and customer lifetime value data
- Familiarity with marketing funnels and digital performance metrics
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
