The Manager, Trade Marketing is responsible for local brand development and drive retail marketing strategies to increase product demand and sales. This person will be the bridge between marketing and sales departments to enhance product visibility in retail environments
What You Will Do:
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives, and managing the Trade Marketing budget
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
- Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Evaluate, in conjunction with the agency, the KPls of the merchandisers, and is also responsible for the training, considering the in-store standards
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
- Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible and that the guidelines are respected
- Managing the merchandisers team in collaboration with the agency and ensuring that in-store standards are covered daily. The Trade Marketing manager will be responsible for monthly and annual reconciliations with the agency.
- Analytics, POS, inventory, and velocity metrics to define the best strategy for the stores.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration preferred, or commensurate combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with prior experience in trade marketing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong communication & interpersonal skills
- strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- negotiation and presentation skills and adaptation to different environments: corporate buying/display team, store managers, agency, merchandisers, etc.)
- Must be proficient in the English language, and comfortable communicating in English 90% of the time
- The ability to establish professional and effective working relationships with people throughout all levels of the organization
