- Safety First: Ensure your own safety and that of your colleagues by using appropriate equipment and tools.
- Minimize Downtime: Reduce equipment downtime using Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to meet production schedules.
- Plan Collaboration: Work with the Maintenance Planner to create and execute PM plans.
- Documentation: Develop folders with critical spare parts, layouts, maintenance programs, and inspection lists in coordination with the Maintenance Planner and Warehouse Coordinator.
- Execute Maintenance: Perform all activities as outlined in the PM plan.
- Inventory Management: Create and structure spare parts lists for each equipment, and update SAP to maintain stock levels.
- Budget Management: Execute maintenance within budget, ensuring proper use of tools, resources, and spare parts.
- Operational Support: Support operations in testing equipment post-maintenance, cleaning, and line startup.
- Order Follow-up: Track and follow up on orders from the previous shift.
- Daily Checks: Complete daily checklists and generate corresponding alerts.
- Technical Education: Must have completed a technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role, with strong knowledge of industrial mechanics (gear reducers, power transmission systems, conveyors), basic electronics, and electrical systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance (TPM), intermediate knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding (pailería). Expertise in reading electrical control diagrams, diagnosing and programming variable frequency drives (VFD), and basic PLC knowledge.
- Computer Skills: Basic SAP knowledge and proficiency with standard computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency, effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Must be available to work flexible hours.
