POSITION OBJECTIVE
Optimize maintenance to improve the equipment availability, reduce downtime & repairs cost, through the implementation of a maintenance guidebook based on the maintenance best practices, failure analysis, predictive technology
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preventive activities review & improvement in coordination with manufacturer & internal / external stakeholders
Standardize Work orders with a clear form for technicians
Create spare parts models & link with PM taks
Validate Spare parts catalog Criticality & availability
Upgrade PM routines with parameters data for Quality assurance (maintenance process & product)
Identify Special tooling and new technologies to improve PM execution
Optimize PM frequencies according to real equipment needs through predictive , historical data.
Identify specific training needs for the maintenance activities
Create work order models based on historical data
Documented work instructions for maintenance activities
Troubleshooting
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage
