About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. This role is focused on building meaningful connections with warm leads and potential clients through strategic phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (CST) and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST, Alternate week 12:00 PM to 8 PM M-F, No Saturday This Week.
You’ll be the first point of contact—starting conversations, identifying interest, and setting up next steps with precision and professionalism. If you enjoy communication, follow-up, and tools like Go High Level and LinkedIn, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Make warm outbound calls to engage prospective clients
- Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to build interest and move conversations forward
- Use Go High Level to manage leads, tasks, and automated sequences
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather relevant information
- Schedule appointments or hand off leads to the advisory/sales team
- Track all activities and notes within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to fine-tune outreach strategies
- Order of Priority is the format followed - #1 Calls & Texts. #2 Social Media Outreach. #3 Current Client Engagement.
What We're Looking For
This role blends clear communication with reliable structure and a bit of tech-savviness. Ideal candidates will have:
- Fluent English (spoken and written): You should sound natural, professional, and confident. If you're the person everyone asks to write the email or handle the call, you’re in the right place.
- Strong phone presence: You’re comfortable talking to new people, adapting your tone, and staying calm under pressure. Voice Inflection.
- Professional writing skills: You can write personalized emails that are polished and effective.
- Experience using LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach: You know how to search, message, and follow up without sounding robotic.
- Hands-on experience with Go High Level: You’re familiar with using GHL for contact management, automation, or pipeline tracking.
- Self-motivated and organized: You’re dependable, independent, and detail-focused—especially in a remote environment.
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
- Previous experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support
- Familiarity with CRMs beyond GHL, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
