Es responsable a través de los diferentes proveedores y Partners asegura la gestión de los diferentes dispositivos de cómputo, Impresoras, pantallas, proyectores, salas de juntas (OS), HH, mini-printers, scanners, teléfonos etc. de HMEX a través de la administración de los niveles de servicios establecidos y asegurando la entrega de los servicios basado en el marco de referencia de los contratos de servicios, pero sin estar limitado a estos.
Actividades:
- Revisión BackLog / Tickets 3 Strikes / +Diferentes indicadores de soporte
- Administrar temas de licenciamiento de Software, incluyendo cargos globales.
- Administrar otros proveedores y contratos de servicio.
- Asegurar el correcto Asset Management y la información de los usuarios.
- Garantiza el inventario en los almacenes de TI
- Asegura el regreso de los equipos en los Off Boarding
- Asegura el listado correcto en la relación Empleado - Devices
- Mantener y comunicar el roadmap de las soluciones de EUD.
Requisitos:
- Carrera universitaria finalizada - deseable afín a tecnologías de la información.
- 4-5 años de experiencia en roles afines a EUD.
- Inglés conversacional avanzado.
- Experiencia en gestión de proveedores.
- ITIL Foundations.
