Human Resources Business Partner

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Develop and implement operational and strategic HR practices to enable a best-in-class employee experience.
• Enable process standardization and automation of HR service delivery.
• Strategic Approach with Management
• HR Operations in Manufacturing environment
• Workforce planning
• Budgets and control expenses
• KPI Improvements
• Manage employee relations/union relationship to ensure a progressive partnership.
• Responsible to manage Union Labor Relations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field
• Experience leading teams
• Fluent in English
• 5 years of experience in maquiladoras
• High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Onsite Work Arrangement:

This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
