Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the management team on HR matters.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to build a strong pipeline of leaders.
- Enhance employee engagement by executing programs that reflect our Employer Value Proposition.
- Manage employee relations processes, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of issues.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs in line with global standards.
- Work collaboratively with departmental heads to plan and recruit talent effectively.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to achieve departmental goals.
- Responsible for the implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs according to the global policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on the luxury hospitality or service sectors
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of employment local legislation, HR best practices, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive relationships.
- Experience in managing employee engagement and change initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
